cancellation policy

 

due to an overwhelming increase in last minute cancellations -- which are costly to the salon and the staff and inconvenient for other clients' scheduling -- we are putting a cancellation policy in place that is effective immediately:

 

• for all appointments, we will provide a 48-hour courtesy confirmation call

• a 24-hour notice is required to change or cancel an appointment without incurring a charge

• we reserve the right to charge for appointments not cancelled 24 hours prior

• a credit card may be required to hold your appointment

• we are more than happy to book a standing appointment to reserve your preferred day and time, however a credit card may be required to hold these appointments

 

charges will be made as follows:

 

• cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service total

• cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charge 50% of the service total
